Serephina is a vampire who can actually stop Anita from estimating her age. She is estimated to be about 600 years, older than Jean-Claude. She was an old woman when she died. She is Master of the City in Branson and lives in an isolated house.
She is described as less powerful than Janos and is not sadistic. However she has the terrifying ability to capture Anita within her illusions and to almost make her believe that she is her mother returned from the grave.
She has the ability to call ghosts.
After the initial confrontation between Anita's party and Serephina, she lets Anita and the others leave. Anita knows that she has not beaten her and that had they remained there they could have all been killed.
She wants Bloody Bones so that she can drink the blood of an immortal and believes that that will make her immortal.
She is burnt in a fire. |
