i'll have to say that i prefer lestat...definately! louis is such a winer...i mean...u are a vampire louis! accept it! oh, and lestat is so charming and "royalty"...u know?

Louise is not 4 me
When i finished the book The Vampire Lestat I was amazed by how much did Lestat's character changed.
I must admit that I liked him as a mortal very much... As Lelio... It was special...
I'm trapped in this world /Lonely and fading/ Heartbroke and waiting / For you to come/ We are stuck in this world / That's not meant for me.

...i prefere lestat...not only is much strongher than louis...but he embrace his nature...accepting the fact that he is imortal and he has to drink blood to live....
...i dont like tom cruise(lestat)...and i think that brad pitt(louise)is more handsom...but this was not the question...isn't it...

yeah, you're right SORROW.
Brad Pitt was more handsome than Tom Cruise. But I think that the best Lestat is Stuard Townsaid 
Tomwas too old...

Lestat in Queen of the Damned is my preference, because of the rock star image, the black, the way he was...
Louis in Interview with a Vampire, well, as Armand said, he represents the broken heart, the loneliness, the beauty and therefore I like Louis too.
I guess from a film point of view I prefer Lestat aka Stuart Townsend.
Midnight, was once daylight...but I out grew the whole bursting into flames thing.

Lestat. Hands down. Louis got on my nerves after a while.
And with blood tears in my eyes, I'm an Anne Rice novel come to life.I can't hide the monster anymore. One can only feel desolate for so long until one starts to change into something the mirror doesn't recognize.I metamorphosize. Lestat, the blonde haired man dubbed "Brat Prince" by his fellow vampires obviously is the better of the two, he was stupid in turning Louis because Louis hates his nature and tried to kill himself because of it.

Well Luis is so sensitive and he loves the human life ! Although Lestat is a better vampire because he accepts himself ,I can tell i prefer Luis ! He is sweet isn't he ?
